I never included the changes of the Brazilian clubs in the club name changes file as it is very easily solved by removing the Licensing2.dbc file from the dbc/permanent folder, also accomplished by installing this file

Best to do them all over again as some files deleted by this download were recreated again, so safer that way

My guess is that you'll still be left with the fake club names for Portugal, Brazil, Germany etc. and the licensing issues with competition names such as Premier League, Champions League, Europa League etc.
As explained in the installation instructions, in the readme and in the opening post, club name changes will only work with a new game, unless you do the workaround in the first post.
Can you please make sure there are no all or greek folders in your lnc folders please? Nor fake.edt files in your edt folders?

I'm afraid you'll have to provide more details than that. This file works, demonstrably, if installed correctly - so I suspect it's some sort of user installation error. Can you tell me exactly what works and how you can tell?

Can you right-click the image and choose properties? Check if the extension is in capitals (.PNG) rather than lower-case (.png). If it's the former, it won't work...

Yes, you will have a number of extra logos for new clubs/competitions, but that's the only difference since UIDs remain the same from one version to another.
Short answer:
You will need to take note in a save game of all the honours won by Yeovil, then check each respective competition's history in the editor and manually change them yourself...
