Yes i used the same scoreboard across the line as i prefer it.but you will have to extract the base files from the game using the resource archiver free from steam all the other competitions are in the match/comps folder of the skin.

it's missing due to the resolution your usingtry and change the ingame zoom it looks like your on a laptop, so maybe use the version for the laptop, sadly only the sas24 have a laptop version as i don't have a laptop i could not make the sas202...

Thats because your using a background packyou ned to use the background selector i've attached the how to. remember to remove the background pack from your graphics folder
