I'm sorry @ElKennyWilly, but this is not a good cut given the excellent source, so I'm re-opening it. The edges are not smooth, the collar is cut off unnecessarily before the edge of the canvas and the source image is not rotated so that the head is upright. I appreciate your enthusiasm and we need all the cutters we can get, but we also aim to have cut-outs which are of as high quality as the sources allow
For the time being, since you're still starting out, I would suggest that you post your draft cut-outs in the comments rather than as completed requests so that we can give you feedback on your technique and other little stuff like this, so that completed cuts are just that
For your ease of reference, I am attaching a cropped and rotated version of the original source and what it looks like when put through remove.bg. It's got fine hair details but otherwise smooth edges, and no snow. It just needs to be cropped and resized to 250x250. I would strongly suggest avoiding any other techniques apart from remove.bg for now, since it gives such good results and is quite quick too

@ElKennyWilly The cut you uploaded was a bit blurry and unfocused, which is a pity considering the high resolution of the source image and of the draft cut I did earlier...
