Hello,

i ordered premium membership today to download facepacks, logos, etc. I already payed 10 GBP via paypal.

Then i canceled the yearly abonement in paypal and on your site. Now the problem is, that i don't have access to the premium account right now (after not even a day).

I bought the abonement to have acces to it for a year. Please help me to get the premium account again for that year.
