ALL Issues with premium membership including cancelling- post here[read the opening post before posting]

@rallinby  The FM22 version should still work with FM20 by the way and be more complete.

From what I can tell something has gone wrong with our backups system and we've lost the 2020.01 and 2020.02 versions somehow.

2020.03 complete pack is available here: https://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/megapack/320 but not accessible via that page.

I'll need more time to look into this and tidy it up, but hopefully that's enough to help you out now.

Hey guys, i just tried to sign up for the premium membership. But i can´t complete it. I try to log in to my paypal account and after the password, i get an error. “Entschuldigung Leider ist ein Fehler aufgetreten.” I have tried it five times now, but it doesn´t work. Are there any known bugs, @Footygamer ?

Then i canceled the yearly abonement in paypal and on your site. Now the problem is, that i don't have access to the premium account right now (after not even a day).

I bought the abonement to have acces to it for a year. Please help me to get the premium account again for that year.

I accidently cancelled the subscription and then tried clicking reactivate and it says ‘Reactivation failed for an unknown reason!’. Would you be able to help?

I'm pretty sure it worked the first time but it looks like you clicked it multiple times and it got confused. It looks reactivated now.

@Footygamer Hi there, I signed up and paid for the premium membership on 30 November 2021. I just changed to a new computer and now I cannot seem to download the facepacks using the premium membership. Kindly advise. thanks!

Normally this means you have two accounts by accident and the membership is associated with another account.

Got a new email for my PayPal but I can’t figure out how to add it so I suspended payments but want to reactivate it under the new PayPal email.

Can anyone help me? 
 

EDIT: Might of fixed the issue, I will follow up with this if I require any further assistance 

@Footygamer I had to update my paypal card as it expired and missed the payment.  Updated now so should be able to take subscription and be Premium again.  Cheers!

Hmm it seems like there's a new system within Paypal for “capturing missed payments” that i've never used before. I've done what I think I need to do to reactivate it but I can see you're still not premium, hopefully it's sorted in a few minutes

I just changed my pc due to buying a new one, installed fm22 and wanted to download the usual packs (facepacks, backgrounds etc.) via torrent.. but it says i can't..? I have premium membership. It says that torrent is only available for first pack of the year? What does this mean? First time i ever see this message.

Can you give us a screenshot of what you're clicking, and what error message you're getting?

If you're a premium member, you actually don't really need to download the torrent file, but you can download the latest complete pack, which will include all the update packs released since the torrent for the base file was uploaded.

yes, i just went to download full pack the old way and it downloads very fast so i'm over this not being able to download over torrent thing :p

It doesn't say anywhere that you're not allowed to torrent. It just warns you that the torrent is only released once at the start of the year, so if you want the complete pack you'll need the updates. This has always been the case.

I think what you're saying is that in the past you've only ever used the torrent and you've not realised you were missing out on all the updates. Can you confirm?

@Footygamer ,I paid the premium membership back on 31 July and although the shop orders indicates my premium is active through to 31 July 2023 I still can't download files. Can you help get me up and running please?

@PJ1967 sorry for the slow response I had some personal issues getting online yesterday. This should be fixed now.

Hi @Footygamer, I paid for premium membership yesterday and it's showing as active until August next year on my account page. However, I'm not able to use it on the downloads section (e.g. for the Cut-Out Faces megapack) as it still just shows the graphic and links about signing up for premium membership. Is this able to be sorted please?

I have manually set you as a premium member as I can see your shop order but you weren't showing as premium
