ALL Issues with premium membership post here[read the opening post before posting]

Hi, I purchased premium yesterday evening and paid the £10 via paypal but I'm still not able to download the facepack in one file and I'm still being given the option to go premium when I've already done it. Could you please check to see what's happening please. Thank you

It sometimes takes a while for the payment to go through and premium to be activated. As I can see the premium membership has been purchased (but is still being processed), I have manually changed your status over 😉

I ordered the £10 premium membership and it still says that I haven't got it

Hi, my premium membership renewed today but   haven't used it since last November, and I don't have the new FM nor plan on buying it so I don't want my premium renewed and was wondering if I could have my membership cancelled please and possibly get my £10 back that's just come out of my PayPal please. Would be much appreciated @Footygamer

I purchased premium membership some time ago. However my financial situation changed and I cancelled.

Today, however, I have been charged £10 ‘automatically’.

I do not want premium membership anymore. I can't afford it. I cancelled it. Please refund me this £10 and cancel my membership.

@Footygamer how can i get premium membership from Türkiye, paypal is not an option and Türkiye is not in credit card country list. Please help. Best

Hi, I'm having issues with downloading files with the premium membership. Small files are fine but mega packs like for cut out player faces and FMG logos megapack stop downloading after a while and come up as failed in the download section of the browser. I've tried going in a private window and downloading but the same thing happens.

They're downloading around 8-10 mb per second, not sure if that's slow for your servers but I can normally download much faster with 250mbps connection.

Don't think it's my internet as I can download other large files like mods for games just fine.

Try using Chrome to download them, as it allows resuming of interrupted downloads.

purchased premium this morning. it looks as though the premium membership is active looking at my shop orders but when i try downloading the face megapack it doesnt appear to be. im still being asked to sign up etc. @Footygamer 

ive read it takes a while to activate but it looks active to me?

@Footygamer I wasn't aware that it was an automatic renewal for the premium membership. I have just received an email saying that you have taken another payment for £10.00 from my PayPal account.  

I will not be playing FM 2023, so can I please receive a refund back to my PayPal account.

I have been an FM addict for a long time but I just don’t have the time anymore. I would like to cancel my premium subscription. My card  got declined  a couple of  times. I would like to avoid paying an annual fee this time. Please cancel my premium membership @Footygamer
