I am definitely missing something obvious so apologies, but I have downloaded every SS kit pack from 2011 and from 2011 to 2024 have merged and replaced the kits so the newer ones overwrite the older ones. I have then put them in a file with the 2025 config file and allconfig file and loaded up the game, however the allconfig file is not being read but the normal one is. I have tested by deleting the config, and the allconfig files however only the config file works. For example, there is no Liverpool Third Kit from 2024, even though the image is present and the line in the allconfig file is present so I am unsure what is going on, any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry guys, fixed it by copying everything into the config folder I don't think the all_config works.

The game only reads the file if it is called “config”. So there are two ways to solve your problem: delete the config file and rename the “all_config” to config. You can also delete both config files and make your own working config file using this little smart app for making various config's : https://sortitoutsi.net/content/848/fm-graphics-configurator-for-pc

The last solution only works for 2d kits and not 3d kits
