Not supported file?

I've made downloads and none of them are working as its saying when i open it that 'it is either not a supported file or because the file is damaged'. I have no idea how to get round this as its doing it for any pack I try and download. Anyone know how to sort this?

U may need .rar that's u trying download? Which pack u trying download?
