Succession Game

Done the hardwork for now, now to see the tie off at home. The goal disallowed some unfortunate but have to side with the officials.

Danny Rose the saviour did the job for us. Scored a terrific goal off the bench. We should have and could have scored more goals. Disappointing we didn't.

Done my two months. Strengthened the squad quite nicely. Was on the look out for a left midfielder but couldn't find any. A few players left the club after their contracts ran out, don't have the game open but off the top of my head, Rooney, Jennings, Frear and Rodgers left. Rodgers, however has become a scout for us.

So incomings were:



Signed on a free from Premier League side Burnley.



Young, can play either left or right back. Free from Manchester United.



Signed permanently from Everton after his successful loan spell with us last season.



Signed on a free from Watford. Was our top goalscorer when he was on loan here the season before last.



On loan until the end of the season. We had him a few seasons back too.



On loan until the end of the season. Another player we had a few seasons back so good to be getting some familiar faces in the squad.



Back up winger.

Tried to get Luke Walker back but Watford weren't having any of it. He won fans' player of the season for us last term. I played one league game for us which ended in a two-all draw against Wolves. Good to see Danny Rose continuing his impressive form from last season.

Two more losses against other teams in the bottom of the league. We're just not clinical enough when the chances come.

Get in! The Kluk to save the day. It started to look like all the other games, we're playing well, but don't score enough, and concead far too many. But the legend stepped up and won us the game.

Made one more transfer. Liverpool product Wilson has earned himself 5 caps for Wales and could become a valuable player for us. I have sent some players out on loan (Oliver, Hughes, Gorman, Byrne) But I think they can be recalled if needed.

Out of the cup. Hennessey just couldn't be beaten.
