@RUSHia, I know this is only a request and not a cut , but what program and what technique do you use when producing cuts?
I've had a look at some of your recent cuts, and I think that with a very few and small improvements, your cuts would be much better. For example, using Vertus on Photoshop, you would be able to produce a cut from a source like this quite quickly and to quite a high standard.

...or just copy me! I'm the benchmark! ha ha!
@mons I usually "cheat" by finding PNG pictures that already has transparent background and need minimal cutting. Then i cut out the face in 1:1 aspect ratio and resize the cut out to 180x180. If I cannot find PNGs then I leave it to the pros

Ah, I see. Carry on, then
The current image is very recent and more than decent; there's really no need at this point for his image to be updated.
What I said here still applies.

I hope my cut from a different source will suffice?
I hope my cut from a different source will suffice?
It's the same source like current one, only without all hair details.Original source is also not the best resolution for an improvement,so the best choise is to leave current one. @mons
Higher quality sources
In view of weeniehutjr's excellent sources, I've reopened the request

But please remember that each cut must have a small bit of collar showing. If the source image does not contain a collar within the frame of the cut, then I believe that Baja has already shown you a technique on how to insert a bit of the collar anyway. Please make sure to include a bit of collar in future cuts as this removes the chicken-neck effect
