A better effort @Naufal Fadhullah Sidik, but cut dimensions should be 250x250. I'm re-opening both your cuts so that you can resize them as necessary. If you keep the shift button pressed when selecting the area to crop, the canvas size will automatically become a square 
For this source, there's also a bit of snow in the right side of the hair. If you crop the source to around the hair and put that through remove.bg, I think you'd get an equally good cut with pretty much no snow. You can then crop as need
For the time being, it would be better if you do not upload any more cuts as completed until you improve your technique a bit. For now, while you're still starting out, it's better that you request the source and then put your draft cut in the comments for feedback. This way, we can guide you on how to improve your cutting technique and it saves me having to moderate cuts again and again.

You can upload the source image and wait for it to be cut, or if you want to, you can upload the cut-out you've done.

That's not 250x250 either, and there's hardly any hair details either, which is a pity since the source is good

Like I said, to get around this issue, all you need to do is to crop the source to around the hair and put that one through remove.bg instead of the full-size version.
