Probably the file in the original pack included the space at the end, which means the game doesn't read it from the faces folder.

(two pictures and two entries in the config with the first one having a space (or a -) at the end so the game does not read the right one)
The solution is to remove the wrong one (both from face and iconfaces) from the folder before making the config, and make sure there is no space at the back of the remaining picture 😀

I just downloaded the new update pack. The picture still isn't showing in game. Did you rectify this in the pack already and I have to manually do it myself or it has not been updated yet and I just have to wait??

Did you change the preferences to look like this?
If that doesn't fix it, find the file titled 83313842 .png (i.e. the one with a space at the end of the filename) in your faces folder and delete it.
Can I have a screenshot of your preferences and of your faces folder? The issue is at your end now, somehow.
Actually, I tried reversing it and I deleted the faces without the space and kept the ones with the space and now it's finally showing the faces in game. Strange isn't it?

You've not updated your config file then, I suspect. As long as it works, that's all that matters, I guess.
I meant the config file. Did you update the one in your megapack folder with the one from the update packs download?

You should have been asked to overwrite files. If you didn't, then you didn't install it correctly 👍
Please upload screenshots of your faces folder if you're not sure of what you're doing.
