To be honest I really don't see any improvement in this one.
Current one is 250x HQ cut,originaly requested one is no where close to that,and should be rejected at first.
Both sources added later are good,but we still have current one such as described above.Point 5 of the guidelines to improvement requests was written with sources like this in mind:
Is it really an improvement to the existing MP image? If it's the same face and hairstyle with just this season's new kit,it's probably just an alternative.Ofc,if somebody cut it,then we can take it into consideration,but as a request,it's not really an improvement...

I cut the source Mustang provided but as Baja said I'm not sure if it's 100% an improvement, it took a lot of adjusting brightness and colours to look natural because the source image was badly compressed
