Crop the image to the area around the face before using remove.bg. If you follow @mons' tutorial videos you shouldn't end up with a blurry cutout like that.

@Gamatroy, as @weeniehutjr says, you need to crop the source image to an area roughly around the face before putting it through remove.bg, thus retaining image quality. After that you then crop it again to have it closer to the face.
