There's some snow on these cutouts as well: (fyi @mons so they aren't accidentally added to the megapack before he realises)

@muserock2a Do you still have the source image for this cutout? It looks like remove.bg has removed part of his right ear because it was overexposed.

@chinoracing The same applies here as in my other comment - and you've also left too much space above the head. We want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red lines:

@chinoracing A cutout made from this source image is already in the Megapack.
Additonally, your cutout includes way too much neck, and doesn't include a collar. We ask that all cutout images are cropped to a few pixels below the player's chin (like the current Megapack cutout), and if necessary that the collar is manually moved upwards. These videos show how to do this:

@Matias_77 In this case, and perhaps also for the other players you submitted requests for, I found a larger source image on SoRareBase (image link). Larger source images mean that the final cutout will be of higher quality, especially compared to the source images from UEFA's website which often have the player's face smaller than the 250px we need for high quality cutouts.

It seems there was an issue with the cutout being uploaded twice in the latest Megapack (one with the filename “2000254793.png” and one with “2000254793 (1).png”). I'd recommend reporting the issue in this thread 👍

@Adasko612 The images you submitted here are far too small to be useable - to create a good quality 250px cutout, which most of the players in the pack already have, the person's face must be that size or larger in the source image. In your pack, the faces are only about 90 pixels tall, which is half the size required for even a 180px cutout. Scaling them up to fit the cutout faces megapack size would make them incredibly blurry/pixellated, which isn't what we want.

@tv_capper Not criticising the quality of your cutout. but the source image (from Rennie's linkedin) looks a bit washed out and compressed - I've uploaded an edited version from the original photo that I've brightened and that's more saturated, and might make for a better cutout.
#757469 New Submission system for SS' Kits
weeniehutjr
They're just different styles, essentially. “SS” was the first major kit styles to come about, some years before the game had anything similar. Then “FC12” followed a few years afterwards. The “Standard” kitpack just looks to recreate the in-game licensed kits as faithfully as possible.

They changed the club colours for this season
"The city side will be sporting a brand new kit in 2023-24 with the traditional blue colours ditched in favour of an orange and black home shirt with black shorts & socks.
The away shirt for next season will be yellow and blue with dark blue shorts & socks."

I think that's because of the “Detail Level” in-game - to speed up processing time, by default most leagues except your own are set to “None” which means those matches don't use the Full Match Engine, but a “Quick” Match Engine and cannot be viewed. This video shows how to change the Detail Level:

Did you use an AI image enlarger for your second cutout? The details in the hair and beard, and around the eyes as well, seem to have been smoothened. We prefer not to use AI image enlargers because they just just “guess” what certain pixels should look like when you make the image larger, and the result looks blurry/out of focus on certain details, with unrealistically smoothened skin, and unnatural looking hair/beard/eye/teeth details.
#753243 Help please
weeniehutjr
It was a decision made by the game devs because they found that in a formation like the standard 4-2-3-1 Wide (with 2 MCs behind an AMC, and AML/AMR), the AI managers were using players like Mason Mount, Kevin de Bruyne, James Maddison or Phil Foden in the MC slot with no true holding midfielders (I guess because attacking players have higher CA than more defensive players like Casemiro or Fernandinho).
So SI's solution was to remove the 4-2-3-1 Wide formation from being used by the AI, and instead use 4-2-3-1 DM Wide with 2 DMs. I think it's a quite inelegant solution because in real life there will always be managers who have their 2 midfielders higher up the pitch or closer to the defenders, and this change reduces tactical variation as a result, but also means AI managers can't use a Box-to-Box midfielder in the 4-2-3-1 anymore. The in-game 4-4-2 formation is still with 2 CMs rather than DMs which is a bit inconsistent as well. I also think the change was decided quite late-on in development and was rushedly implemented as a result, because many of the game's researchers didn't have time to adjust playing positions of some central midfielders to be natural/accomplished at playing in DM, so (at least in the first database) I often saw AI playing centre backs at DM instead because they had the most proficiency in their squads!

@Lezko_ Please crop your images closer to the top of the canvas - there's no need to leave such a huge gap above the head, only 2 or 3 pixels is enough.
Crop to the red line in the future.

I've set this one as pending again as I think you have a point - the source the existing cutout was made from was slightly compressed with some Jpeg artefacting, and the player's hairstyle has changed a bit as well.

@1Beril If you're uploading a lot of cutouts in a short span of time, please upload them all together as a pack instead of individually.
#750743 Kobbie Mainoo

@nickypoo Please avoid using an AI image enlarger. It just “guesses” what certain pixels should look like when you make the image larger, and the result looks blurry/out of focus on certain details, with unrealistically smoothened skin, and unnatural looking hair/beard/eye/teeth details.
The player already has a good quality, recent cutout, and enlarging a source with AI is not really needed for images like this, where the original source is good enough to extract a decent cut from. It might be needed for small sources to bump them up to become just about cuttable, but there will in most cases be better sources to cut images from.
