I'm trying to download the complete pack but every time I get up to 1 gig downloaded it fails and says “network error”. I've tried resetting my modem and router, turning off my firewall and virus protection but nothing helps. Any suggestions?

Nevermind, I think I figured it out. Issue with some of my browser extensions. Thanks anyway!

If (when) you use chrome you should be able to resume any interruptions in your download. Otherwise use the torrent and apply the updates afterwords.

Yeah I tried repeatedly to restart the download and after a few seconds the error ended again. I couldn't find the torrent link so thank you for that. I'll try it now.

Hi, I've never downloaded this background pack before but every time I click to download the full pack it gets about 1 minute into the download and then quits giving a "network error". I'm doing this in chrome but have also tried windows edge/explorer. It's the same every time. My internet connection works great with other downloads. I disabled my firewall, virus protection etc. and I also disabled the browser extensions I have. I get the same error every time.
Any help is much appreciated.

I cannot for the life of me get this to work, is there something that I could potentially be missing at all? Also I am now not getting a folder and instead it’s making me extract the entire download and is saying it’s gonna take 300+ hours, where have I gone wrong 🤦‍♂️😂😂

Typically you will see a really long amount of time when you first start the extraction/download. That's because the connection starts weak but builds strength as it goes. Give it a few minutes and you'll probably see that 300 hours go down to 30 minutes or so.

P.S. As a premium member, it may be easier to download the full file rather than 12.7, 12.8 and all the update packs till 12.18 and also the 13.0 update pack too 😉

Yeah, I figured the servers are being overloaded still. Thanks for the heads up though. By downloading the full file do you mean the complete pack that's 17 Gib?

You need to download the hole pack or if you did download it before, you can download all the updates only.

Ok, thanks for the help! I'm not sure if it's just an overload on the server right now but I can't seem to download 12.7 and 12.8. It gets part way through, slows and then says there's a network connection error.

Do you have to download the update packs chronologically? Like 12.7 then 12.8 then 13.0? Or does the 13.0 update have all the other updates?

well if applied right the metallic logo pack do work. Delete everything you have on logos, metallic, TCM and everything else and start the process all over again and download the full pack again, since you are a premium member that should not be a problem. That is my best advice I'm afraid

Well really hard to say what happens. The logos don't just disappear, once downloaded and installed you don't have to do anything else than apply updates. So try downloading them again. That is my best advice.

I tried re-downloading the pack and also even tried the TCM logos. Unzipped them into the graphics folder, deleted the cache and switched the skin in the game to reload the skin and it still is showing the same generic logo. I don't know what has gone wrong. It was working to begin with. Now I can't even get back to the original logos.

Hi, I downloaded the entire pack for my game on FM2020 and it was going fine until the other day where I noticed that the badges had changed to a generic looking icon for the majority of the teams. It's still metallic, just not the logo of mu club (Derby). What can I do to fix this?

Hi Nathan

Go to the folder "alt" - the path is: graphics/boxes/news

Inside that folder you can find some alternative papers. You just have to chose one of them, change the name for "paper" and overwrite the file also named "paper" in graphics/boxes/news

HI there! Excellent skin btw makes the beautiful game a little more beautiful

I tried looking through all the pages on the thread but there's such a massive amount of info I was unable to find what I was looking for so my apologies if anyone has already asked this question...
Just wondering if there's any way to change the "Headlines" screen to info from an English newspaper or news source. Right now it always shows something called "ABOLA.PT" which I'm not at all familiar with. I've included a link to a screenshot of the page I'm talking about.

I just upgraded to 6.1 of the mega pack and my manager picture had vanished. I tried to put it back in the folder (it's my own cutout) and it still wouldnt show up. I made sure and double checked I was doing it properly e.g making sure it was set to reload skin etc. I even went into the config file and added in a line for the manager as the original picture was picked when setting up the game.
If anyone could offer any help it would be much appreciated.

Hi, I've been making my own manager faces for a while now but find every time I do the cutout, changing the size to 180x180 just squishes or elongates the face making it look ridiculous compared to the ones in your pack. Is there any way to get around this? Thanks in advance.
