This is how to access your editor data folder on a Mac (from the spoiler in the opening post):

Users/YOUR Mac USERNAME/Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive
By default this folder is hidden, so to access you need to do as follows:

Open Finder
Click ‘Go’ from the menubar
Press and hold down the ‘Option’ (Alt) key
This will bring up the ‘Library’, click to enter then go to ‘Application Support’ -> ‘Sports Interactive’ -> ‘Football Manager 2020’

Can you tell me if when you start a new game (a) what is the name Juventus have, (b) whether the German national team has real players, (c) what is the name of the Champions League, (d) whether Brazilian teams have the correct names?

It's working now, it was indeed the wrong folder!

Can I actually see screenshots specifically of the 2040 folders of which there are screenshots in the opening post?

Also, I'm not a Mac user so can't be 100% sure, but the path you're using for the editor data files doesn't seem to be exactly the same as the one in the opening post.

It's the only place on my computer where that folder exists?

Can I see screenshots of where you've installed these files?

I copied the dbc, edt and Inc files into these folders 2000, and so on.

I normally don't consider myself a complete technical idiot, but I truly can't get this to work.
Doing it on Mac on the epic games thing. I've put everything in the right folders.

Is there something, before starting a new game that I need to do??

Are Chelsea just buying Barkley so no one else can? It's like Conte's playing football manager Don't see where he fits into the team at all

I'm amused by the fact you think Conte has any say in any of this.

Moyes only got 17 out of those 19 wins.
So.... Nope, still shit this season.

Özil's workrate in the Spurs team. Lol. Pochettino would rip his head off.

It reminds me a bit of the Pedro situation in Chelsea (except Özil is a much better footballer when on form). I said last year that Pedro is a great player to have in the team, when things are going your way.
Özil is a wonderful footballer, and if the team is doing well, he'll only add plenty to that.

Deserved win for Utd. Annoying with the handball before the goal, but we were poor.

Because referees are getting poorer and poorer with each season that goes by and they're hardly accountable to anyone?

Shut up, dude, my dad's a referee.

And Costa going to ground like he'd been shot after Rojo walked passed him to collect the ball. Very brave of him to carry on after that.

Speaking of Rojo. How on earth did he walk off that pitch without getting booked?

Rubbish second half, but to be expected. Once again a referee's shitty performance overshadows the match.

Oh well.

I agree.
Valencia's two-footed tackle and Rojo's stamp on Hazard.

What are your thoughts on Hazard? Been a bit of a disappointment after a promising start to the season in my opinion.

I think his forms been poor for a month or so. Seems to happen every season near the halfway mark. Hopefully he can up himself soon.

Wish Mason a speedy recovery! Was a strong challenge, but not much could have been done! Think Hull got robbed there as they should have had a penalty from Alonso's challenge on Hernandez... We weren't too good today, so happy we managed to win it!

Bad performance from us and the ref.
Hul should've had a pen and Davis should've been sent off.

I'd disagree personally.

If Modric, Casemiro, Vidal or Alonso get games for those clubs then Payet is good enough.

LOL LOL LOL LOL

Lumping in Modric and Vidal with Casemiro.

When Spurs made it 2-0 we broke down completely. No fight, no play, no nothing.

Fair play to them, they played well and took their chances. I actually thought we were decent in first half and started the second half pretty well. Went to shit from there, though.

Unsurprising though as this is what happens when you give a man a job who got sacked for putting one of the best sides in the League in a relegation scrap

He also turned that team into one of the best sides in the league, though.

You should've had a penalty earlier. I concede that, so that's not my point.
But if that isn't a handball, then I genuinely don't understand the rules of the game.

Annoying.
