The correct folder structure where all graphical content (including facepacks) should go is: Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 201x > graphics. This last folder may need to be created. To repeat, this file should go into the DOCUMENTS FM folder structure and not anywhere else.

You should also ensure that the in-game preferences should look like this:

So, I've looked on Youtube and found tutorials on how to download the facepack and get it working (the facepack from this site). So, I downloaded the torrent, and extracted it using winrar. When I went into my FM14folders, I didn't have a graphics folder, so according to Youtube I created one, and extracted the pack there. Didn't work. Then I watched another one that told me to create a data folder like this- Data>Pictures>Faces>*Extracted the facepack here*. This didn't work either. I know this probably has an obvious answer, so sorry, but thanks for you help.
