Which players? These files do not make any changes to player data. Sometimes this happens when people are running a pirated version...

The update packs are relatively small and they aren't available via torrent, no. Not sure that's what you're asking tbh...

They probably recreated themselves after one of the recent official updates. Can you check the 4 data/permanent folders (i.e. 1700, 1701, 1710 and 1712) and delete any files other than the ones displayed in the screenshot in the main post?

Follow the second option in the OP of this thread by changing the filename of the PNG containing each respective journalist image to their UID in the game. I believe this should work

The file did not download fully. You only have 57000+ images whereas the full megapack is for 178000+. You'll have to try and download it again, I'm afraid.

You're right, it's not possible to look for media sources by nation as that field is not available in media source filtering. By way of a workaround, I searched for Amsterdam and subsequently managed to narrow down the Dutch media sources list...

Oh absolutely, an away following of 2 is not really very realistic But as you say, the way the game is coded doesn't really cater for the Maltese kind of situation. Would really appreciate if you could look back in your save when you have the time...

It's not quite as simple as that, I'm afraid. To change the user data folder, you need to follow the steps outlined in this thread. Though it may look complicated, it's really only half a minute's work and it works perfectly fine
