If you're using trhe Chrome browser, you can right-click the image on the team roster or player page and click “Inspect” in the right-click menu. This will open up the DevTools panel, and the image link shows here on the right-hand side:
Alternatively, if you use Firefox, you can open the image on the player page directly from the right-click menu. Not sure why Chrome doesn't have that feature though.
Another method is to use an image downloader browser extension (there are two linked in the source links thread).

@AIKStockholm The image you requested is too blurry to be an improvement. You can get a much better quality image from Tromsø's website by changing this part of the image URL:
