First of all, which version of photoshop would the add-on be applicable, for I am currently using photopea.net + remove bg for mycuts at the moment. I will see whether I can download the photoshop for free.
Is there a procedure that I can do on photopea that can do the same effect?

I know the procedure is split in 2 bits. One is taking off all the green saturation in the cut (CTRL+U) but I'm unsure what the other part is, off the top of my head. I'll try and remember to check when I'm home and revert, but if you download a trial version of PS, you should be able to load the action and check for yourself (and also see what the other actions all do 😉 )
