did you open your old file in the FM2020 editor and save the file ? as changes should show in FM20 it does for me what size DB are you loading etc and are countries these players are from selected as playable

If you want to discuss with the mod who didnt approve the submission use the discuss tab on the disabled change sometimes several users submit the exact same change the most I have seen is 17 IIRC and therefore only one gets enabled the others disabled...

you are showing duplicate files in the screenshot you need to follow the advice in linked thread mate delete the contents(old susie files) before adding the latest live update I would copy the file to another location as back up and then delete content...

yep thats correct and at this stage the DB will just be default until the Winter update comes out think the OP has confused me with his mentioning 20.1.0 and then it being 20.2.3 in game he is talking about too different things as to start a new car...
