Please do and I may be able to assist. However, this file does not add any journalists' faces for a number of reasons, so I doubt it's related to this megapack. But I'm happy to help you maybe solve the issue

There aren't any journalists added to the default database and there aren't any images of journalists in this pack, so it's got nothing to do with FM. Is this for FM17 please? And do you have any other facepacks installed besides this one?

I have not added any awards whatsoever to the game; all I did was rename awards already existing in the database through the lnc file I'll investigate this tonight when I'm at home and check what's wrong. Whatever it is, it should be save...

Then that is probably a bug in the game which will hopefully be fixed by SI in any upcoming patches.

No, as I'm not a skinner. Whatever they are, it's unlikely that an FM16 skin works properly on FM17.

I do not recommend using FM16 skins in FM17 as there will have been changes to the way graphic panels are displayed. You'll just have to be patient until somebody releases a skin.
