You're using the full cut-out faces config file. If you've got cut-outs of people who are not in that megapack, then you'll need to create a tailor-made config using the steps outlined in this thread, and you'll need to do it for every new cut-out that you add.

a) I need to see what graphics you've got in place in order to determine why some are working and some aren't. Best to upload the config file as well.
b) You can post multiple attachments in the same post by clicking the add attachment button how ever many times are necessary

No worries, but when you said "this editor is creating players/teams i'm editing in game players its only happened to a few of them it's weird", I though this was in a save game.

Can you explain what you meant by that? A bit of punctuation would help aid understanding. Also, a few screenshots of what you mean would help too...

i meant the editor in your link was creating players. with the players i'm editing they are in game players and most of them have faces i've added but a few of them won't show. i'll see if i can upload some images

It's not clear if you're doing this with the pre-game editor or you're editing stuff in a save-game

I think this post may give a possible reason as to why this is happening.
