I've received an email stating my regular PayPal payment for my premium subscription has failed. This has happened before. I've contacted PayPal and they say there are no issues at their end, and to contact you to initiate payment again? Please advise @Footygamer

This happens occasionally and usually works randomly the second time (it automatically attempts again a few days later). I've no explanation for it, pretty sure it's an issue paypal's end.

Hey @Dan Powell you don't seem to have a subscription. This is probably because you have multiple accounts under multiple email addresses. You can visit the shop page and scroll to the bottom to search for your email address and find the related account.

Sorry this is paypal telling us its failing, we have no access to your paypal account to know why it will be something to do with your default card or default bank account being invalid. I'm sorry I can't help more.

@Footygamer thanks for getting back to me, this is doing my head in. There can't be any issues with my default card/bank account as I paid for some software last night via PayPal. Is it because it's a recurring payment? My debit card could have expired in the past year since my last payment. I can't even find this recurring payment instruction in my PayPal account. Can I change to a single payment which I can make each year rather than an automatic recurring payment? I'd like to keep my account as it is, if this is possible.

@Footygamer Thanks again for your help and patience. After saying the issue is nothing to do with them and closing my support ticket, I've received a random email this morning saying my automatic payment is no longer active. They say I need to contact you in order to re-activate it, which makes no sense. I've located the payment using your link (they offered no help with this) and it is indeed inactive. There is literally no way to re-activate it on their site.

 

Can I make a manual payment to continue my subscription, or do I need to set up a new account?

Hey @RedSam now that its ended you can just sign up again here: https://sortitoutsi.net/shop/product/6/premium-membership 

 

There is an option to just do credit/debit instead of paypal that wasn't available last time you signed up, so maybe that helps 🙂

hey @Footygamer ive not really played fm much lately and just got charged for the premium again and i’d like a refund since i don’t use it anymore even though ive downloaded all the new stuff ive played it for around a day then instantly got bored so please let me know if a refund would work, thank you for your time.
